If you're looking for a quiet and serene vacation rental, Colonial Charters is the perfect place for you. It's located off of Highway 9 and is only a 6.5 mile drive to Cherry Grove Beach. Colonial Charters Golf Course is also nearby, featuring an 18-hole (semi-private) course designed by architect John Simpson with a driving range and bermuda grass.

Colonial Charters 1B is a 3 bedroom 1st floor condo with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room has patio door access to the outside deck overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom and 2nd guest bedroom both have queen beds, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The community also has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and is less than 1/2 mile away from a grocery store and several local restaurants. Please note that all Southern Coast Vacations properties are non-smoking and Colonial Charters 1B does not allow pets.

It's important to note that although Colonial Charters 1B is a first floor unit, there are 5 steps from the ground to get to the first floor. Additionally, the unit has a TV in the living room and one bedroom.
