• No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes, Kayaks, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.
• No gas or charcoal grills permitted.
• Non-Smoking Units.
• No pets allowed.
• Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

This two bedroom, two bath villa is located in The Havens community within Barefoot Resort.

The villa features:

• A kitchen stocked with all of your dining needs and includes a breakfast bar.
• A dining room table set for six and located right off the great room.
• Comfortable furnishings and an entertainment center.
• A master suite with a king size bed and private en suite, complete with a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and double sinks. There is plenty of storage space and a walk in closet.
• A second bedroom featuring two full size beds.
• An additional sitting room that closes off with double French doors to make a third bedroom using the pull out sleeper sofa.
• A large laundry room located in the unit.
• A covered balcony with views of the lake and neighboring golf course.

Guests are welcome to use the main resort pool and spa, as well as a grilling area.
