Arbor Trace is very popular with our guests because it is nestled in a quiet area, surrounded by the Greg Norman golf course and has its own community pool for guests only and convenient BBQ and picnic area.

The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private full bath suite. The king bed can be easily separated to make two very comfortable twins.

A second bedroom, on the opposite end of the villa, is tastefully decorated with a queen bedroom suite.

A third bedroom hosts two twin beds, another TV, full closet and plenty of storage room. A full second bath is just off the hallway. Each bedroom has a TV plus a large set in the great room and a DVD and VCR player.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal at home. Eat in the lovely dining room or on the porch overlooking the golf course. The laundry room is tucked away off the great room.
