The kitchen with all new appliances, which opens into the dining and living area, is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs! Both standard drip and Keurig for your coffee preference. The dining table seats eight and there is room for two more at the breakfast bar. Amazing living room with new plantation shades that provide a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering together to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch folds out into a sofa sleeper.

• Second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.'
• This condo is on the ground floor.
• Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.
• Guests will also be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed).
• No pets allowed.
• Maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
• No daytime guests allowed.

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED* This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time.

WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $2500 per month, must be January 1-March 1. Pricing outside of this time frame varies.
