Majestic Sun 411B

This unit, #411B, is a deluxe unit located on the 4th floor of the Majestic Sun. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Guests can enjoy gulf views from the master bedroom, extended balcony, and living room.

All units at Majestic Sun offer amazing unobstructed gulf views. The condo has beautifully appointed interiors throughout, providing guests with total relaxation. Guests can enjoy their gorgeous unobstructed gulf view from their private balcony, living room, or dining area.

This unit has a new sofa sleeper, love seat, end tables, and lamps in the living room as of December 2018. Pictures coming soon!

The heated indoor/outdoor pool is provided, as well as an on-site fitness center and covered parking garage. Guests can also enjoy long walks on the sugar white beaches along the stunning emerald coast.

Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Any additional parking passes will cost $10 and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment, and smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note that there are very strict Spring Break policies, and the unit does not rent to anyone under the age of 25. There must be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. The unit only takes family vacations, and there are no exceptions.
