Majestic Sun 613A

This unit, #613A, is a deluxe unit located on the 6th floor of the Majestic Sun. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit offers gulf views from the master bedroom, extended balcony, and living room.

All units at Majestic Sun have amazing unobstructed gulf views. The condo has beautifully appointed interiors throughout, providing total relaxation. Guests can enjoy the gorgeous unobstructed gulf view from their private balcony, living room, or dining area.

The heated indoor/outdoor pool, on-site fitness center, and covered parking garage are provided for guests' convenience. Guests can also enjoy long walks on the sugar white beaches along the stunning emerald coast.

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5-night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break. Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10, payable by cash only upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment, and smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note that there are very strict Spring Break policies, and the unit does not rent to anyone under the age of 25. There must be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25, and the unit only takes family vacations. No exceptions!
