Majestic Sun 403A

This unit, #403A, is a standard unit located on the 4th floor of the Majestic Sun. It offers gulf views from the living room only. The unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. As of Fall 2015, the living room furniture and flooring have been updated.

All units at Majestic Sun offer amazing unobstructed gulf views. The condo has beautifully appointed interiors throughout, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the gorgeous view from their private balcony, living room, or dining area.

The Majestic Sun provides a heated indoor/outdoor pool, an on-site fitness center, and covered parking garage. Guests can also take long walks on the sugar white beaches along the stunning emerald coast.

Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Additional parking passes will cost $10 each, payable by cash only upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note that there are strict Spring Break policies in place. The unit does not rent to anyone under the age of 25. There must be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. The unit only takes family vacations, with no exceptions.
