The unit has a Queen in the Master and hall bunks that the kids would love. This unit is a guest favorite and features beautiful views straight ahead as well as coast line views as well!

• The owner just had the guest bathroom walk in shower re-tiled as of December 2018!
• There is a new vanity in the guest bathroom as of December 2021!
• The unit has a new sofa and arm chair as well as new walk in shower and vanity in the master bathroom as of December 2021!

• Majestic Sun is situated between Destin and Sandestin and the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!!

• All Majestic Sun units featured a private balcony overlooking the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!
• Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen w/ all modern appliances and all the general items you'll need to cook in your home away from home!
• Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.
• Relax in knowing that you will enjoy a clean, well kept condo through us!
• Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Policies:

• Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
• We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25.
• We only take family vacations. No exceptions!
