The professionally designed kitchen features solid surface countertops and a roomy pantry.

Upon stepping through the wood double entry doors into the foyer, guests immediately recognize the uncompromising elegance of The Margate.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and third bedrooms, and two double over full bunk beds in the fourth bedroom.

Please note that this condo is privately owned and does not provide access to the Embassy Suites Splash park.

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of amenities, we cannot guarantee their operation during your stay.

Additionally, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats.

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges.

Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes.

However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

Please note that house parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited.

We only rent to non-family groups if ALL members are 25 years of age or older.

Misrepresentation of age by groups will not qualify for refunds.
