• PARKING:

  • Tropical Winds offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit.
  • Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed.
  • 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit.
  • Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

• MONTHLY RENTALS:

  • This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons.
