IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OCEAN HOUSE:

1. AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

2. COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

3. PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $40.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

4. PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
