• The spacious kitchen offers both small and large appliances and is fully stocked with all items needed for preparing meals during your stay. The open dining area features a table with seating for 6, with additional seats offered at the adjacent bar.

• The spacious Living Area provides plenty of seating, including a sofa sleeper for additional overnight guests, and access to the spacious balcony. Enjoy endless views of the Gulf of Mexico from this top floor, corner unit.

• The Lagoon side bedroom features a King size bed, television, and access to the Lagoon view balcony. A nice roomy closet, vanity area, shower, and whirlpool tub are also provided.

• The Middle bedroom features a full and twin size bed, a private bathroom with a single vanity, standing shower, and television.

• The Beach side bedroom features Queen bedding and a spacious bathroom that can be accessed from the living area or bedroom. The bathroom features a combination tub/shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens. The Beach front bedroom also offers balcony access and a television.

Convenience is the key to renting at Ocean House! This Gulf front complex is located directly on the white sand beaches, approximately a mile from downtown Gulf Shores. Ocean House offers a zero-entry pool with a large sun deck, lounge chairs, and BBQ grills.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OCEAN HOUSE:

1. AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

2. COMPLEX AMENITIES: Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

3. PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

4. PETS: This is NOT a pet-friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
