• AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

• COMPLEX AMENITIES:

• PARKING:

  • Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required.
  • Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival.
  • Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/motor home parking is prohibited.
  • Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

• PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

• MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
