• PARKING:
  Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

• PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

• MONTHLY RENTALS:
  This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

OCEAN HOUSE UNIT 1805:
Convenience is key when renting at Ocean House! This Gulf front complex is located directly on the white sand beaches, approximately a mile from downtown Gulf Shores. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit sleeps 8! This unit offers spectacular tile flooring throughout and is fully furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The Kitchen offers both small & large appliances with cookware and pantry. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area, complete with table and 4 chairs, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The Living Room has plenty of seating for everyone--Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, & Easy Chair with Ottoman. In addition to the gorgeous views of the beach & Gulf of America from the Living Room, there is a 46' TV for keeping up with morning news or watching movies at night.

The Beach Front Bedroom offers a King Bed, Chest of Drawers, & Television, gorgeous views of the Gulf of America, and Balcony access. This space features a Private Bath that has a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The Guest Bedroom features Queen Bedding with additional Daybed & Trundle--sleeping 4 total. This bedroom also has a private bathroom that features a standing shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. Enjoy picturesque sunrises and sunsets from the 8th floor balcony, where seating is provided to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails!!!

Ocean House offers a zero-entry pool with large sun deck and lounge chairs.
