• AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

  • No additional passes can be purchased.
  • Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
  • Trailer/motor home parking is prohibited.

• PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

CLEARWATER Unit 7C:

This quaint 1 bedroom/1 bath, capable of sleeping 6, offers plenty of space for you and your family! Located directly on the beach, on East Beach, Clearwater is minutes from shopping, dining, and the Gulf State Park Pier.

The spacious Living Room offers ample seating, features a Sleeper Sofa, and plenty of additional seating for each member of your group. Gulf front views can be enjoyed from the 7th floor balcony, all the way to the Kitchen, which is fully stocked with both large and small appliances, including a standard coffee maker and Keurig, cookware, utensils, and Granite countertops. The open Dining Area features a table with seating for 4, with 2 additional seats offered at the adjacent bar.

The Bedroom offers a King bed with nightstand, dresser, and television. Additional sleeping is available in the 2 built-in Bunk Beds located in the hallway. The spacious bathroom can be accessed privately from the Bedroom, but also from the Hallway for convenience. The Bathroom features a Tub/Shower Combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

This unit was recently renovated with New Paint and New Smooth Ceilings, which offers a Fresh, Clean feeling and updated appearance.

Clearwater offers an outdoor pool and shower, a Boardwalk to the Beach, and a Grilling area with seating.
