IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LAGUNA BREEZE:

• AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

• PARKING:

  • This complex requires parking permits for each vehicle parked overnight.
  • Only 2 Permits total are allowed per unit and only (1) Permit is included in the booking.
  • If you need a 2nd Permit, you will need to let our office know at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.
  • The Permits will be inside the unit on the kitchen counter at arrival.
  • Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space but must have a Parking Permit visibly displayed.
  • Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces designated to other units in the complex.

• PETS:

  • This property IS pet friendly!
  • You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered, and the fee of $150 per pet, paid prior to your arrival.
  • Be sure to keep your pet(s) leashed at all times, and pick up after pets accordingly.
  • Any damages caused by your pet, or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility.
  • The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.
