Welcome to 2065 The Pines, a lovely second floor condo with great updates and views of the forest and Snake River! With accommodations for eight people and pool and hot tub access, you'll never want to leave! The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows which allow for excess light to get in. You'll find two comfy couches perched in front of the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The bar height game table doubles as an extra dining area and sits in front of the living room windows, great for taking in the scenery. Off of the living room, is a private patio featuring a BBQ grill and seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The open floor plan between the kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets and granite counter tops. The dining area is situated next to the stone rock wall of the fireplace and has a dining table that seats six with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary suite features a king sized bed, private patio entrance, and an updated en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has an attached bathroom that is shared with the living area and has a stacked washer and dryer in the closet. This room has a large wood-framed double over queen bunk bed and ample storage space. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

The Pines is an amenity rich building with the largest indoor pool in Keystone, two 14 person hot tubs, and a sauna! The The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up right at The Pines every 20 minutes to take you to the slopes or River Run Village where you can enjoy the extensive dining, shopping, and night life!

Properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.
Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.

Cancel your reservation more than 60 days before arrival and you'll get a refund of 50%. If you cancel after that, you won't get a refund.
