The Willows is the closest building to the Keystone Conference Center, this gorgeous, fully remodeled spacious mountain-lodge condo offers stunning lake and mountain views. This condo is nicely updated with a homey, mountain feel. There are hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and a brand new bathroom with beautiful stone accents. Enter into the spacious and bright living room which features large floor to ceiling windows, a gorgeous stone lined fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Walk out onto the private patio and take advantage of the electric grill or just admire the stunning scenery. The kitchen is updated and well equipped with all the essentials necessary for the chef in the family. Enjoy a home cooked meal at the circular dining table that seats 5 people with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bedroom closes off from the rest of the condo and features a king-sized bed with a television. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom allowing for easy mornings getting ready for your day. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate any additional guests.
In the winter, it's a hockey players/skaters dream, just steps from one of the largest Zamboni-maintained lake in North America. Skiers are a five minute shuttle ride from Keystone lifts, and can take advantage of the ski locker. In the spring and summer, enjoy paddle boats and extensive biking and hiking trails. The Willows is the perfect location for conference attendees, couples or families. For conference guests, it's only a short walk through the tunnel under Hwy 6 to the Conference Center, close enough to come back to your room for lunch. For families, this condo sits right on the 5-acre Keystone lake.  Restaurants, shops, skating, hockey and boating are steps from your door. This condo has one available parking space.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
