  • This spacious ground-floor unit has plenty of space and amenities for the whole family. Make yourself at home in the large sunken living room by your real wood burning fireplace with free wood delivered and stacked right next to the large hearth. Sip hot cocoa and make s'mores with the fire grilling utensils in your own condo! Engage in a variety of board games on the game table in front of the floor to ceiling windows which provide views of the valley and magnificent lodgepole pine trees. The living room features a flat screen TV and a powerful Bose surround system. Open up to a private patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air as well as the outdoor furniture and a propane grill. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home, and the dining room table sits up to six people comfortably. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests.

  • The primary bedroom features a king size bed with memory foam mattress topper and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and it has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

  • The Pines is a great all around complex with fabulous amenities, boasting the largest indoor pool in all of Keystone! The clubhouse also features two 14 person hot tubs, a sauna, communal laundry room, and a large patio. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up every 15 minutes to take you to the slopes or River Run Village where you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping, and night life Keystone has to offer. This complex also backs to the Snake River and the Keystone Bike Path.

  • Our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
