This 2-bedroom Ski-In Ski-Out condo goes above and beyond for a perfect mountain getaway. The living room features hardwood floors, leather furniture, a flat screen TV, and a beautiful stone lined gas fireplace to cozy up in front of. Open up to the private balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain air and take advantage of the private grill. Any chef would feel right at home in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. There is plenty of room for 5 people at the dining room table, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. There is even a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

  • The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet.
  • The guest bedroom also features a king bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in double shower head.
  • In the living room, there is a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests.

Lone Eagle is the absolute best location in Keystone. Located slopeside next to the River Run skier bridge, Lone Eagle has countless amenities for your comfort. Relax in the year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, or roast marshmallows by the fire pit. There are private boot warmers in your ski locker, a heated garage, and gorgeous decor throughout the building. Just step out of the building, click on your skis and head to the gondola!

Our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking, and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
