This two bedroom, two bathroom mountain-modern style condo has a great central location with ski slope views. The Keystone Bike Path is right outside your door and just a short walk to many local shops, restaurants, and services. There are free bus stops within steps of this condo that will take you anywhere within Keystone Resort or Summit County. River Run Village is a half mile away, but there are shortcuts on the way to get you there in less than 10 minutes walking time.

All Property Manager Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

License Number: BCA-48054 Property Manager cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.

What to be aware of:

  • Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. The temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.
  • This unit is on the second floor with no elevator. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to gain access.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book.
