This two bedroom, two bathroom mountain-modern style condo has a great central location with ski slope views. Watch the skiers come down Keystone Mountain from the comfort of your private balcony which features an electric grill and spectacular views of the ski slopes and Snake River. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home. Serve your family of 6 at the ample dining room table, additional seating for 4 people at the bar. There is even a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a new queen size bed on a custom handmade log frame and a flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination. A large capacity humidifier is available for your comfort in the condo. The guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed and a flat screen tv. The attached bathroom features a shower/tub combination. With the double size, memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo with sleep up to eight people comfortably, so this is a fantastic value for a condo only steps away from the nearest chairlift.

Centrally located just 200 yards from the Mountain House Base Area, Cinnamon Ridge is a perfect getaway destination. In the evening, ease your muscles in one of the outdoor hot tubs and take in the stunning views of Keystone's night skiing lights brightening up the slopes. The Keystone Bike Path is right outside your door and just a short walk to many local shops, restaurants, and services. There are free bus stops within steps of this condo that will take you anywhere within Keystone Resort or Summit County.  River Run Village is a half mile away, but there are shortcuts on the way to get you there in less than 10 minutes walking time.
Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles, and a private oversized ski closet are included with your stay.

Our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
