This ski-in/ski-out condo is perfect for catching the first chair! You can ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. With over 1500 square feet, it offers plenty of space. The kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances, a glass cooktop stove, and beautiful granite counters. There is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and up to 8 at the dining room table. After a long day on the slopes, you can relax in the living room on the new leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace or watch a DVD on the new 42-inch flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom features 2 Queen Beds, a TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has been newly remodeled with a double sink area, radiant in-floor heating, and a newly tiled shower/tub combination.

The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV, and a private balcony.

The third bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV, and a work/study area. The en suite guest bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

In addition to the bedrooms, there are 2 Twin Murphy Beds that pull down from the wall in the living room and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. You can enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the pine trees, Center Village, and the ski slopes. There is also a gas grill on the balcony for your convenience. The third bathroom is located off the kitchen.

Copper Mountain Inn offers ski-in/ski-out access to the American Eagle chairlift, which is great for intermediate skiers. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for beginners located next to the American Eagle. Behind the building, there is an easy groomed trail that leads to the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a chairlift specifically for kids and beginners. This condo is in a prime location for all skill levels.

On the third floor, there is a laundry facility available.

One assigned parking spot is provided in the garage beneath the condo. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an extra charge during the winter. Parking is free in the summer.

This property is pet friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs. There is an additional pet fee that needs to be paid.

Please note that there is no A/C in any of our properties. Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced, with most rental properties having space for only one vehicle. To avoid towing or a ticket, please follow posted signs and parking allocations. If you need additional parking, you can purchase an Alpine Lot permit for $20 per night from the Resort. Payment can be made through a QR code or at the kiosk located in the Alpine Lot.

If the property listing includes a hot tub, please verify its availability before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack of hot tubs. All properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent. This is a 3-4 night supply, and guests can purchase additional products locally. High-end bed linens and towels are provided in each home. The kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

Please be aware that 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter due to snow and ice on all surfaces, including driveways and roads. There are no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes may also require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads and uneven surfaces. Please call for more information about your rental.

The Colorado Traction Law is in effect from September to May each year. All drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero must adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains, or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. If you are planning to rent a car, please consult with your rental car company.

Cleaning is done following rigorous Covid-19 cleaning procedures recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to ensure the health of our guests and the cleanliness of our homes. After the cleaning process, the properties are disinfected with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

Cancel your reservation more than 60 days before arrival and you'll get a refund of 50%. If you cancel after that, you won't get a refund.
