Highland Greens is close to hiking, biking, and golfing in the Summer. In the winter, take advantage of the private shuttle that can take you to town or the slopes within a few minutes. After a day of hiking, biking, or skiing, enjoy the sauna and workout room. This upscale, well finished condo has a gas fireplace, very well equipped kitchen and everything to make your stay enjoyable.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

What to be aware of:

  • Located 10 minutes north of Breckenridge Main Street, but the private shuttle can drop you off in town or the slopes (winter only).
  • The Lodge allows 1 car per unit on a first-come/first-serve basis, however you can use the free winter shuttle or the free town shuttle just off of I-9 to get to town.
  • The ski locker is at the end of the hallway, please use this to keep the property nice and clean.
