Please note that there is a spiral staircase leading to the loft and 3 flights of stairs to the unit itself. Each unit is allowed 1 car in an unassigned, paved, and uncovered parking lot. Other amenities of the unit include an onsite laundry facility.

The home has a queen master suite with a TV. The second bedroom features a twin bunk bed. There is additional accommodation for 2 in the loft with a double futon.

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

What to be aware of:

  • 3 flights of stairs to top-level unit (but it's a top-level unit!)
  • The spiral staircase to the loft can be a bit tight, but is perfect for kids!
  • Original kitchen but it has vintage appeal
