• Up on the third level is the spacious living room with 25' vaulted ceilings and an elegant floor-to-ceiling stone-wrapped gas fireplace. There is a small private patio just off the living room too. The comfy couches are a great spot to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing and are positioned nicely to watch the giant flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
• Up another small flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining area, 3rd full bathroom. The dining area is perched overlooking the windows in the living room and has a dining table that seats six. The well appointed kitchen features a bar with additional seating for three and has been updated with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The spacious laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer; the 3rd bathroom next to it features a shower.
• On the top (5th) level there is an airy loft with two twin beds that can be converted into a king and a TV, the perfect place for the kids in the group to have some private time for themselves.

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
