• La Vista is a 2 bed/2 bath condo with over 1150+ sqft of living space that accommodates up to 6 guests. It is on the 3rd Floor, and the complex has an elevator.
• Located in the Poolside Villas of Holiday Isle, this area is ideal for snorkeling by the nearby jetties, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing in the warm ocean breeze. It is a perfect place to enjoy the sugary white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

ACCOMMODATIONS

• The condo features a master bedroom with a king bed and a connected full bath with a tub and shower unit. The second bedroom has twin bunks and a shared bathroom. The unit has a stacked washer/dryer and access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. The sofa folds into a queen sleeper for an additional sleeping area.
• The kitchen has full-sized appliances if you want to enjoy a home-cooked meal or a snack after a day at the beach. The dining area has seating for 4 guests and an additional bar area is available. The private balcony has additional seating with exceptional gulf views.

• Holiday Isle is close to everything in Destin, yet private and perfect for families looking for a quiet getaway with small children. La Vista is located in a gated community on the 3rd floor with beautiful Gulf views, and you’ll walk through 205 feet of powdery white sand to reach the nearest beach. There is also an unheated pool.
