• The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, where you can find some unique stores, or only a few miles away is the Destin Commons, with many nationwide brand names, movie theaters, and dining options.
• Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

• The large common area opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group, whether relaxing or preparing a snack from a day at the beach.
• This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don't feel like venturing out.
• The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3.
• A stacked washer and dryer for your convenience is tucked away just off the kitchen.
• And as you glide through the lazy days of summer, take in the warm breeze on the private patio.

PARKING

• Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo.
• Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels will be required to park off-site.

• There is no physical check-in for this property.
• Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.
