• NOW OR NEVER is a 2 BD/2 BR 1132 sq ft condo located at the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort in Holiday Isle of Destin. This condo is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. The condo is situated on the ground floor and is just across the street from the beach. Sandpiper Cove has many amenities perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

ACCOMMODATIONS

• This large 2-bedroom condo that sleeps 6 guests is directly across the street from the beach. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to the back patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a semi-private bathroom. The large common area with sleeper sofa opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group, whether relaxing or preparing a snack from a day at the beach. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don’t feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. A stacked washer and dryer for your convenience is tucked away just off the kitchen. And as you glide through the lazy days of summer, take in the warm breeze on the private patio.

COMMUNITY and BEACH

• Sandpiper resort offers 1100 feet of private beach. Contact the Resort’s beach service for pricing and availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. During the summer months enjoy lunch at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill located at the beach pavilion with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico!

DINING and SHOPPING

• With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to Harborwalk Village, where you can find some unique stores, or only a few miles away is the Destin Commons, with many nationwide brand names, movie theaters, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR

• Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze.

PARKING

• Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify resort requirements. Please contact the resort directly.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

1. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
3. Starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Laundry/Dishwasher Detergent, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Shampoo and Body Wash. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN

• Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort security gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

PLEASE NOTE

• You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property and this person is required to stay for the entire reservation. ID is required at the security gate for age verification. This is a resort requirement. NO Exceptions and NO refunds!

• Now or Never is dog-friendly for 1 dog up to 30lbs. There is a non-refundable fee of $150. There is also a $10 fee/pet collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Pets are not permitted on any beaches.
