NOW OR NEVER is a 2 BD/2 BR, 1,132 sq ft condo located at the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort on Holiday Isle in Destin. Conveniently close to Destin’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this condo is tucked within a private, tranquil setting ideal for families and guests seeking a quiet coastal retreat. Situated on the ground floor and just across the street from the beach, Sandpiper Cove offers an array of resort-style amenities perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways.

ACCOMMODATIONS
This spacious 2-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is located directly across the street from the beach. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and access to the back patio. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a semi-private bathroom. The open-concept living area includes a sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a welcoming space for relaxing together or preparing snacks after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops, ideal for home-cooked meals when you prefer to dine in. The dining area seats 4 guests, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen. Step outside to the private patio and enjoy the warm coastal breeze as you unwind.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper Cove Resort features 1,100 feet of private beach. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through the resort’s beach service; please contact them directly for pricing and availability. During the summer months, enjoy lunch or refreshments at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill, located at the beach pavilion and offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DINING and SHOPPING
With abundant shopping nearby, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to pick up souvenirs or enjoy time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to HarborWalk Village, home to unique shops, dining, and entertainment. Destin Commons is also just a few miles away and features popular national retailers, movie theaters, and a wide variety of dining options. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, fishing, spas, and dining ranging from casual bites to fine cuisine, Destin truly offers something for everyone.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove offers a wide range of resort amenities designed for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Guests enjoy access to five swimming pools, six lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a tiki hut for drinks. The resort also features a private Par-3 golf course, a boat ramp and marina, two on-site restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe and Rick’s Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. Additional shared common areas include grilling and picnic spaces, lawn games, and breezy spots to relax outdoors.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than four wheels may be required to park off-site. Guests are responsible for verifying resort parking requirements; please contact the resort directly for details.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Sheets and bath towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils; please bring your own food and spices. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, kitchen and bath soaps, shampoo, and body wash is provided. Additional supplies may be needed depending on your length of stay.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests must present a valid ID at the resort security gate upon arrival. An email and text message with a unique key code and self check-in/check-out instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and the booking guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Valid ID is required at the security gate for age verification. This is a resort requirement—no exceptions and no refunds.

NOW OR NEVER is dog-friendly for one (1) dog up to 30 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies, along with a $10 per pet fee collected on-site by Sandpiper Cove. Please note that pets are not permitted on any beaches.
