Relax on either the front or back deck, complete with cozy rockers, or fire up the park grill for an evening cookout. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and guest storage add extra convenience during your stay.

The beach is just steps away with a ramped boardwalk for easy access. The closest beach access is located between 1135 & 1139 OBW.

Included with Weekly Rentals:

• Bed linens for beds in the bedrooms (no sleeper sofa linens)
• Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit
(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Towels are not provided, but can be rented through Property Manager.

• Not pet-friendly for guests. However, the owner does bring their personal pet to the property from time to time. Guests with severe allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
