The main living space has new seating, and there are decks off the oceanfront bedrooms with rockers. Additionally, there is a large ocean-side deck with rockers and a spacious pool (Pool closed Oct 31st-Apr 1st), with ample decking for friends and family (pool heater with surcharge). This house can accommodate all ages and stages!

• Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
• No Towels provided but can be rented.
• Strict 3 PM Check-In
• Pool closed October 31st - March 31st
• Pool Heater with surcharge (pool heat not available June - August)
• Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.
