• Professionally decorated and well-equipped with lots of extras
• Two ocean-side porches with new rockers, bar tables, and deck chairs
• Outside shower
• Oceanside heated pool with a huge deck (additional surcharge for pool heater except June-August)

Please note the following:

• Bed linens are provided for beds in bedrooms only for weekly rentals. No towels are provided.
• The pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. The pool can reach a maximum temperature of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. The pool heater cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. The pool heater will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.
• The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.
