This home features a fireplace, under-counter ice maker, two dishwashers, gas grill, tankless water heater, WIFI, private pool with 1,700 sq ft of poolside space, outdoor shower, and a Brazilian hardwood deck open to the marsh. Beach access is located between 963 & 965 OBW.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:

• Bed linens, towels, and bath mats are provided.
• Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
  (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

Please note: this is not a pet-friendly rental; the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.
