Dune Deck North is a pristine oceanfront classic located near the front of the privately gated and exclusive HBW community. This elegant duplex offers an ideal setup for families or groups vacationing together, with mirrored North and South units that allow for shared experiences while maintaining separate accommodations. Each level features a private outside entry, and the kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The spacious family room opens to shaded porches and a sun deck, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and a private walkway leading directly to Holden Beach’s wide, world-class shoreline. Additional features include LCD TVs in the family room and master bedroom, WiFi, and a washer and dryer located in a finished utility room.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:

• Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
• Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals.
• A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that Dune Deck is available as a single combined rental (North and South together) during Prime Season. Outside of Prime Season, guests may enjoy a $100 discount on the total rental fee when both units are rented together.
