Cypress Hall

This home is located in the beautiful east end Dunescape Community. It is perfect for a family reunion or a multi-family vacation, as it can sleep 15 people.

Some of the features of this property include magnificent ocean views and an easy walk to the community center, which offers a pool, cabana, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts.

The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with two refrigerators and an ice-maker. There is also a spacious upstairs sitting room with a TV, sleeper sofa, and a single sleeper chair (linens not provided).

For entertainment, there is a large smart HDTV in the downstairs great room.

Outside, there are great decks, a screened porch, rockers, a picnic table, a grill, and an enclosed H/C outside shower. There is also a covered gazebo on the boardwalk at the entrance to the beach.

Please note that bed linens are provided for the beds in the bedrooms only for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided.

Lastly, there is a strict 3 PM check-in time.
