• We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise.

• Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

• Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

3. Third Bedroom: 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom
4. Bonus Room: 1 Set of Bunk Beds with Twin on top and Full on bottom - This room is accessible from outside of the house only but not detached.
