• This captivating 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is a tri-zone air-conditioned condo that will have you ready to check in year after year!

Upon entry, cool tile floors welcome you and run throughout the entire condo.

• Everyone will be ready to visit the local farmers' markets to select local favorites to prepare in their kitchen decorated with African mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops (a long island), and brand new stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and a full-fridge.
• Sample your favorite local coffee blends prepared in your coffee pot as you enjoy breakfast on your lanai.

The lanai (balcony) is a great place to begin planning your day of adventure and has seating for four guests.

• Sit back and relax in the lounger that faces the ocean.
• Next to the lanai is the living room which has plenty of seating for everyone to pick their space on recently upholstered furniture.
• There is a four-person dining room table.
• In the living room is a plush sofa in front of a unique surfboard-inspired table that faces a large flat-screen television.

Guests in the master bedroom can relax and unwind in a king bed and enjoy an evening catching up on the forecast on the flat-screen television for their upcoming day of adventure.

• Three guests can sleep comfortably in the guest bedroom which includes a queen and twin bed.
• Guests in the second bedroom can enjoy their choice of entertainment on their smaller flat-screen television.
