Remodeled with a partial ocean view, our 2-bedroom condo is located on the ground floor in North Ka'anapali. It offers easy access to pools and the beach. We have recently added a new microwave and dishwasher, as well as new tile on the lanai, living room, and kitchen. The lanai furniture is also brand new. From the lanai, you can walk directly out to the putting green and koi pond, and enjoy views of the ocean as you stroll across the manicured lawns. Ceiling fans and a window air conditioner in the living room help keep the condo cool. Both bedrooms are located on the same floor for convenience. You can relax in the evening and watch a flat-screen TV in either the living room or the master bedroom. We have provided beach gear for your use, so feel free to snorkel, surf, and play to your heart's content. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa.

Please note that the resort will collect a $17 per day Facilities Use Fee + tax, which will be payable to the front desk upon check-out. This fee includes usage of pools, cabanas, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and putting greens, including equipment rental. The maximum fee for a calendar month is $170.

Nearby Beaches to Papakea:

• Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: This beach generally has calm conditions, making it excellent for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a walking trail off the beach.
• Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): Another beach with generally calm conditions, it offers excellent snorkeling and swimming. There are public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area.
• Honokowai Beach Park: This beach is great for snorkeling, thanks to its shallow, reef-protected area. There is also a children's playground, plenty of shade, and tables and BBQ grills for picnics.
