Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sea Watch property including all common areas, in the units, and on the balconies. This is the ninth unit back from ocean on south side of building. Bedroom three is converted den. Indoor pool is closed in off season (November 1st through April 30th) with the exception of some Holiday weekends.
