The complex also has a community grill area, tennis courts, and is a gated complex for extra security. The open parking area allows for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
