• 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-set of standard sized bunk beds and 1-queen sized bed, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, plus a small balcony overlooking the well maintained common area grounds
• 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer
• Monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round.

Amenities include:

• Two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center
• Lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room
• Bbq/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river

Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
