The 1st floor features a kitchenette, 1-full bath, an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a VCR/monitor & sliding glass doors leading to a private outdoor balcony. The upstairs loft features two trundle beds, and this monitored family vacation condo will collectively sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.
