Snowater Condo #41 is a spacious, ground floor condo that is perfect for families. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private sauna and soaker tub. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two sets of standard-sized bunk beds. The condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. There are two walk-out balconies with peek-a-boo river views.

Snowater is located on 20 acres of forest on the banks of the Nooksack River. It has great amenities, including two recreational buildings with heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is also a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas, a children's play structure, and trails along the river.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground. In the summer, guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing, small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. In the winter, guests can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding.

Please note that the condo is a monitored family vacation home and not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid. Guests are expected to treat the private residence with the utmost respect at all times and to be mindful of neighboring residences. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions and should provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
