This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse style condo is a wonderful mountain family retreat! The 1st floor features:

• One bedroom with 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds
• A 1/2-bath
• A fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher
• An open living/dining area with a gas fireplace
• A nice little balcony

The 2nd floor features:

• A master bedroom with 1-king sized bed
• 1-full bath
• A laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer

This monitored family vacation property also includes unlimited long distance within the continental U.S. and Canada, and will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include:

Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
