Set back off of a quiet lane, this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1-bath, country family cabin is the perfect respite from city life!

The 1st floor features:

• One bedroom with 1-queen sized bed
• A small second bedroom with 1-twin bunk
• One full bath with a stack washer/dryer
• An open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area including a dishwasher
• A free standing wood stove (firewood provided) to cozy up to
• A nice sized and new front deck featuring a gas grill
• A covered hot tub!

The second floor features:

• An open loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed

This pet friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

• This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
