Outside the back door is a covered deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! This delightful pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation home also includes an electric car charger - 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla Model 3, etc.) and will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

PLEASE NOTE: Although a perimeter fence is provided, the high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.

• This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
