This entire vintage Caribbean-inspired & original stilt beach house combines both units of a charming raised duplex, giving your group exclusive access to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces just 50 yards from the beach on South Padre Island.

Designed for large families or multiple families traveling together will get two separate entrances, for a couple of families or friends to do a beach vacation together - this home c accommodates up to 16 guests including toddlers & infants int hat count, while while offering enough separation that everyone has room to relax. Renting this listing means you'll have the entire duplex exclusively for your group with two separate entrances completely.

The front unit offers a comfortable yet smaller two-bedroom, one-bath layout with a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, etc, cozy living room, and private front deck. Along with 1 full bathroom.

The rear space features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, another full kitchen also fully equipped and ready to cook, plus a truly spacious living room with exposed beams & vaulted ceiling, and a large deck that is perfect for evening drinks or relaxing after the beach.

Having two kitchens makes meal preparation much easier for larger groups. Whether You are making breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after a long day in the sun, everyone has room to spread out without feeling crowded.

Outside is where this unique property feels relaxed.

Underneath this elevated home on stilts is a shaded gathering area that is perfect for escaping the afternoon heat while still enjoying the island breeze. Please note that use of stairs is required at this home.

Throughout the home you many Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and plenty of room for everyone to gather or enjoy some quiet time. This layout works especially well for multi-generational families, multiple couples, or groups who appreciate having separate spaces while staying together.

As with many original South Padre beach houses, this home has its own personality and a few quirks that come with age. It has been maintained with comfort in mind while preserving the classic beach-house feel that many guests specifically come here to enjoy.

Starter supplies include fresh, clean linens, bath towels, hand towels, basic soaps and shampoos, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sweetener, and other essentials. These are starter quantities only and are not replenished during your stay.

This is an authentic South Padre beach house with colorful Caribbean décor, vintage character, and a location that is hard to beat just ¼ block to the public beach access. This not a complete remodel nor brand new—and that’s exactly why so many guests dig it. If you came down to the Island 20 or even 30 years ago, this is what authenticity feels like. In other words, if you are looking for pristine perfection, this won’t be a fit. If you would like a space with a front & back deck, shaded area under house as well as a backyard to hang in, this is it.

Please note there is no pool here, but it is so very close to the beach it is unlikely you will notice that. While we do not provide a grill, you are allowed to bring a charcoal or gas, we just ask that you please do not bring it up on the decks.

SLEEPING (Up to 16 Guests Allowed)

• Bedroom 4: Full bed
• Bedroom 5: Two trundle beds (sleeps up to four children comfortably)

Additional sleeping includes a sectional sofa and two provided inflatable air mattress with pumps.

While the home accommodates up to 16 guests, we believe it is most comfortable for 12–14 guests, and when your group includes children up to 16. We prefer to set realistic expectations so everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

PARKING

• Four off-street parking spaces are included with your reservation at no additional charge. A golf cart counts as one vehicle toward the parking limit. Additional public parking is open on Gulf Blvd but cannot be guaranteed.

PETS

• We do allow up to 4 total pets here, at a fee of $75 plus 17% occupancy tax charged after you make the booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture; may not be tied up at property nor left alone to bark; All pet droppings must be picked up or we do have to charge the card on file $250 if found. We are grateful for your consideration

NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in one of South Padre Island s most convenient neighborhoods, you are just a short stroll from the beach while remaining close to many of the islands favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and attractions.

Spend your mornings walking to the beach, afternoons enjoying local seafood, and evenings watching the sunset from one of the nearby restaurants like Wanna Wanna Beach Bar or Blackbeards famous seafood

High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. While internet service on the island is generally reliable, occasional outages can occur due to the coastal environment. If you have critical remote work during your stay, we recommend bringing a mobile hotspot as backup. We do not provide compensation for internet downtime, sorry

• Reduced rates may be available for longer off-season stays (September 15–December 15), active military, veterans, and select qualifying groups. Feel free to send us a message before booking to see if your stay qualifies.

POLICIES

• Primary guest must meet the minimum booking age requirement of 23 years of age or older. A signed digital rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required before check-in.
• Guests must review and agree to all house rules prior to arrival.
• No smoking, parties, or disruptive events are permitted. Quiet hours are enforced to help maintain a peaceful environment for neighboring residents after 10 pm. We do sexurity patrol this property

Every reservation receives a professional cleaning before arrival. For stays of three nights or longer, complimentary linen exchange is available
