• The community allows up to 5 cars per unit to enter the resort.
• Vehicles must not be parked on the sidewalk nor on the grass.
• There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
• Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.

Failure to follow the community guidelines may result in the car being towed at the guest's expense.
