Located in a quiet 9-unit complex adjacent to Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor and walking distance to Twin Lakes State Beach, Seabright Beach and nearby restaurants. Experience the sounds and smells of the sea from your balcony that overlooks the harbor. This is a third floor unit with no other units above it and the elevated perspective highlights the ocean views. There are about 45 stairs from the parking area up to the unit but inside the space is all on one level.

Situated south of the San Francisco Bay area and just north of the Monterey Peninsula, you will have easy access to scenic drives, world-class restaurants, special local events and plenty to do for days upon days. You'll want to return again and again in order to experience everything the area has to offer.

One dedicated covered off-street parking space is provided. Street parking is generally easy to find and is available on a first come first served basis.

This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager. With over 15 years of property management experience, we strive to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home.
