This two-story, two-bedroom townhouse offers a bright, open layout designed for relaxed coastal living. Thoughtfully maintained and continually updated by the owners, the home is comfortable, clean, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. New carpet was installed throughout in 2021, and new windows were added in 2020, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency. Ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and heating keep the space comfortable year-round.

On the first floor, the open living and dining area is sunny and inviting, furnished with updated décor, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a generous collection of books and games. Two queen sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping space. The kitchen opens seamlessly to the dining area and breakfast bar with seating for three. It features light wood flooring, ample cabinetry, and is fully equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to full dinners. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level, along with a half bath. The downstairs closet is stocked with beach essentials, including a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys, shelling gear, and a cooler.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, tropical Floridian décor, flat-screen TV, and a spacious private bathroom. Sliding doors open to a screened balcony with a partial Gulf view, where elevated lounge chairs invite you to unwind with an evening drink while enjoying the breeze without no-see-ums. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful, furnished with two twin beds and a TV, and is paired with a beautifully renovated bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower.

Building E enjoys a quiet setting overlooking natural vegetation and wooded surroundings, offering privacy and tranquility. At the same time, it is one of the closest buildings to the beach access path and just steps from the clubhouse, pool, and tennis and pickleball courts. A short walk and small bridge over the bayou lead you directly to Bowman's Beach, placing you approximately 300 yards from the sand, about as close as you can be in this area. Expect spectacular sunsets, excellent shelling, frequent dolphin sightings, and the soothing sound of the Gulf.

The Blind Pass community offers a large shared swimming pool and Weber gas grills for guest use. Complimentary kayaks and canoes are available through the on-site rental office for paddling the bayou, where you may see manatees, fish jumping, osprey, pelicans, herons, and egrets. Two professional-sized tennis and pickleball courts are also available to guests.

Shopping, restaurants, the island bike path, boat rentals, the J.N. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, the National Shell Museum, and other island attractions are just minutes away. Bicycle rentals can be delivered directly to your door. Fort Myers Airport is approximately 32 miles away, with easy access from I-75.

Sleeping accommodations for up to six guests include a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and two queen sleeper sofas in the living area.

Guests booking through the on-site Blind Pass Rental Department enjoy wireless internet, satellite TV in the living room and bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, bed linens, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach cart.
