Sanibel Island is truly a gift for anyone looking to escape to a bit of paradise. Located in desirable Building 2, this first-floor condo is the perfect base for your island adventures. Private beach access allows you to enjoy Sanibel's legendary shelling, the excellent shore fishing, and long walks on the beach. And being that we are past the bend of the island, at the end of the day, you can enjoy the absolutely beautiful sunsets from our beach.

This elevated first-floor condo features a charming coastal décor, and it has been decorated and equipped to enhance your Sanibel experience. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa, casual chairs, and an island motif feature a large screen TV. The cabinet below the TV is filled with books, games, and puzzles for the occasional rainy day. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and an attached master bath.

For your use, a washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet off the master bedroom. The spacious guest room has two twin beds, another flat screen TV, plus plenty of storage space. Next to the guest room is the guest bathroom. This unit is equipped with WiFi. Also provided are beach chairs, a cart, a cooler, and an umbrella.

Enjoy the community’s fantastic amenities, including tennis courts, pickleball, a swimming pool, and barbecue grills. With private beach access, you’ll have the shimmering Gulf waters just a short stroll away.

Please note: Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the abundant island activities—from golf, sailing, and fishing to exploring 23 miles of scenic biking and hiking trails. After your adventures, relax with a swim, a barbecue, or simply unwind in your beautifully updated condo.
